Expected Timelines

1. Preparation of company registration documents:
Up to 4 business days from the date we receive your payment.

We will email you the company registration documents. You will need to print them, sign them, and return the originals to us via express courier (original signed documents are required).
Please allow for delivery time — usually at least one week.

If you are in Hong Kong, you can opt for e-registration directly at our offices. This is an express procedure where all documents are signed on-site — no mailing required.

2. Company incorporation: It takes a maximum of 10 business days to obtain your Certificate of Incorporation.
For e-registrations, the company can be incorporated in under 5 business days.

3. Business bank account:
Once your company is incorporated, you can proceed with opening its business bank account.
Depending on the bank, this process may take between 1 week (for online banks) and 1 month (for traditional banks).

4. Accounting:
The invoicing and accounting software will be installed and fully configured within 48 hours.

Overall, you should plan for about one full month to be fully operational.
