Advantages:
A ready made company is immediately available. As soon as you sign the share transfers, the company is yours. This reduces the processing time by about a week compared to a tailor made company.
You can buy a company with seniority (with an extra cost of USD 400 for each year of seniority for reimbursement of Business Registration).
Disadvantages:
You must choose a company name from our lists (contact us to receive our list of more than 500 companies). You can then rename it but this incurs a fee of USD 650.
The renewal fees of your company are payable on the anniversary date of registration of your company. Therefore if you choose a registered company for example in December 20XX, the next fees will be payable in December 20XX + 1 day whatever the date you acquired your company.
