A “transfer to us” is to change your Company Secretary and Register Address to indicate ours (Merritt Asia Limited and our domiciliation address for your company).
Usually we do not accept transfers of companies because it is difficult to verify if all the declarations processed by former Company Secretary were done correctly and “in good faith”. This is an issue of liability and professionalism for us. However, we do agree to assess transfer requests on a case-by-case basis and therefore invite you to contact us about this.
