CAN I PAY MY BILLS OUTSIDE HONG KONG WITH A CHECKBOOK ISSUED FROM MY ACCOUNT IN HONG KONG?

Hong Kong banks only offer a checkbook in HKD. Therefore if your provider accepts, yes it is possible, but internationally we strongly advise against the use of checks due to costs and time of collection (the bank transfer is preferable).
